Morning Sunlight

Why I Never Skip Morning Sunlight

I step outside within 30 minutes of waking, morning drink in hand, and let the sunlight reach my eyes. The habit is small, and it does a lot.

Every day, in the first 30 minutes after I wake up, I go outside with my morning beverage and let the sunlight reach my eyes.

The habit is simple. It still kicks off the release of certain hormones and neurotransmitters tied to circadian rhythm, metabolism, mitochondrial function, and many other important processes.
